SECTION 2 - EVENT BOOKINGS 

When booking an event on a Woodcock Smokery website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • that you will inform us prior to booking of any medical condition or allergy of which we should be aware.

  • all bookings made are non-transferable and non-refundable, except when canceled more than 30 days before the event – in this instance, the booking can be refunded or transferred to an alternative date free of charge.

  • that we reserve the right to refuse entry, in line with the Licensing Act 2003, to any customer displaying signs of intoxication or disorderly behaviour.

  • that, to the extent that the chosen event products containing alcohol, you are or will be over 18 years of age on the date of the event.

  • Although we make every effort to avoid changes to our events, we reserve the right to alter the instructor or change the date, time or location of the event. Where we cancel the event or alter the date, time or location of the event and you cannot attend, you will be offered an alternative event or a full refund.

  • Some of our courses, workshops, and events require a certain amount of people to attend. From time to time, we might have to cancel or postpone an event. Bookers will be notified at least two weeks in advance and offered a suitable date in the future or a full refund.

SECTION 3 - ONLINE SHOP

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
